When companies are doing well, with profit and good results from employees and customers, We usually "relax" a bit and let go.
With confidence and everything working, most of the directors and managers don't feel that they need to invest more or spend more time on their businesses.
That is the time, the challenge is gone and the routine comes.
But, for the market in general, specially competitors, it is time to explore more that opportunity. Competitors, find a niche and find that a challenge to improve their production, their products and services, improve their communication with their customers and create events to approach better their market.
And when We see that they have the perfect product ahead, like we say it on the music one step ahead!
That is why "the feeling good" is relative. Because if the marketing area didn't set up the alarm, the company who is feeling good will feel one step behind!
Like everything we do it, if we stop and let go, things won't be good. It is also to understand that business never stop, focus on what you are good is not enough for the market, because there are competitors and they are looking at you and at the market as well.
There s also a customer's point of view, when they feel that they were left behind for companies who are feeling good, in that case feel like they don't need them anymore.
In that case, how to deal with the feeling good?
At marketing strategy, we usually create a rotation between the team, where one is feeling good and another one not and vice-verse, which creates a constant processes without let go and relax! And both side works well.
Simple solutions can give us good results.
